The SaddleSore 1,000

This was my first Iron Butt Association challenge ride

This is to Certify that on May 5, 2001, Tim Masterson rode a 1998 Buell S3T a total of 1,093 grueling miles in less than twenty-four hours starting in Stafford, VA continuing onto Hardeeville, SC before returning to Stafford while participating in the SaddleSore 1000

This endurance test was conducted under very strict guidelines set forth by the Iron Butt Association.  Only a handful of riders from around the world have managed to solve the equation of time, distance and endurance to complete this test.

Signed
Michael J. Kneebone
President, The Iron Butt Association
